On the mobile platform, Prime Now customers needed a better way to navigate “aisles of inventory.” So, we designed and launched a new, horizontally-scrollable widget on-app that displays top-level categories of selection available to customers. While showcasing the breadth and depth of selection available, the new SBA widget provided, for the first time, an intuitive shopping experience / Designed 60+ distinctly different, yet cohesive icons

To note: Four weeks after this widget launch, this icon solution resulted in a statistically significant lift in OPS (+2.05%, p-value=0.011), driven by an increase in conversion (+1.15%, p-value = 0.011) and is still currently live in 8 countries via the Amazon Prime Now app.
